When you sign on with SEQTA, we don't just hand over a boxed product and leave you with it. Rather, you sign up to a relationship with SEQTA based on the highest standards of support available.
Our relationship with our clients is extremely important to us, and, as our clients will testify, this is not just words - its action.
When you sign up with SEQTA, the price includes all of the following:
- A Tier 1 application server installed on your school's site;
- Full maintenance of the application server, including upgrades as required;
- All software upgrades;
- Maintenance of both the software and database;
- A generous Flexible Support Package (see below) that you can utilise as you require;
- Training;
- Service Level Agreement;
- Technical support for your on-site technical staff;
- Error correction (when your staff do the unthinkable);
- Helpdesk (phone and web help built into the application);
- Installation, including data migration and data mapping;
- Access to the Knowledgebase;
- Personalised liason with your Account Manager.
Flexible Support Package (FSP)
Our Flexible Support Package is an innovative service arrangement that is designed to allow you to utilise our expertise in the way that suits you. Under this arrangement, you are allocated a generous number of 'points' that can be used towards a range of services such as:
- Extra training, including one-on-one support;
- Programming and customisation (please note that customisations assessed to be of value to all SEQTA cliendo not use up FSP credits)
- Educational consultancy: assistance and advice with respect to the development of policy and procedures related to the implementation and use of SEQTA products;
- Data consultancy: assistance and advice with respect to the management of data related to SEQTA products;
- Technical consultancy: assistance and advice with respect to networks, systems, hardware, security and integration with other systems (such as Active Directory, SMS providers).
